Hemp Oil

There is a LOT of buzz about Hemp Oil and Hemp based products at the moment.

IMHO this oil deserves every bit of the hype its getting.  Its cousin (Cannabis) has been used for centuries to treat all manner of ailments.

This oil is light weight and definitely punches above its weight by alleviating dryness.  So no more itchy spots. No more itch means you give the skin the time to restore the natural skin barrier.  The levels of linolenic acids are said to be very anti-inflammatory and excellent for treating stressed irritated and/or mature skin; of which I have all three.    

This green-brown oil smells mildly herb-y and is absorbed reasonably quickly.  Its versatile and be used on the skin or in food (be careful to ensure you use food grade versions).  I have had it in many forms and can report that hemp bread is delicious.  I have been using it on my eye and all over my body for eczema with great success and haven't had an active breakout in nearly 4 years!
